If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your order or return your purchase within 15 days.
No refunds are available after 15 days. In order to return you must contact The Wag'n Tails Mobile Conversions Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time, at (800) 513-0304.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds of check or money order payments.
